1. General By using the PETIVO online store (petivo-47.myshopify.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products All products are new and factory-sealed. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item.

3. Orders Orders can be placed 24/7. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is successfully placed.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. PETIVO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Payment We accept online payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

6. Delivery Orders are delivered to the United States within 7–15 business days via our fulfillment partner. PETIVO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns You have the right to return any unused item within 30 days of receipt. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

8. Liability PETIVO is not liable for technical outages, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
