🔄 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

PETIVO Refund & Return Policy

Returns: You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at: petivoword@gmail.com

Order cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing.
